HEAD OFFICE CLOSURE
Due to the current course of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Building Communities Trust and Invest Local head office in Cardiff Bay will be closed until further notice.

PENYWAUN CELEBRATE THEIR COMMUNITY’S HISTORY
Penywaun Forward Together have published a book about the history of their community. The book – by local author Robert Cornwall - traces the story of Penywaun from two small family farms to a population of over 2000 people.

One of the first projects for the Invest Local group in Penywaun (Rhondda Cynon Taf) was to provide activities for young people in the community.
COMMUNITY CENTRE IS “THE HUB OF HUBBERSTON”
Hubberston and Hakin community centre was on the brink of closure when the Invest Local programme arrived in the area.
