Rhys Taylor
Rhys has worked in and around Welsh public policy and politics for nearly a decade, including in higher education, health and homelessness, and in the Senedd, advocating for policy solutions to address the concerns of communities. He has also been a local authority councillor in Cardiff since 2017, with a particular interest in housing, education, and transport.
He has a breadth of experience in effective communications, community engagement and participatory decision making, and advocacy. Rhys has worked in advisory roles for charity CEOs, political leaders, and executive boards. Currently, he serves as non-executive director for CardiffBus and has previously served as a board member for a Community Health Council and University Students' Unions, and more .
He is a Bangor University and Cardiff University graduate, having studied history, politics and public policy.
