Jess Silvester
Jess really enjoyed her time working as a community development worker for MaesNi, the Invest Local steering group in Maesgeirchen and Tan-y-Bryn for 5 years (to 2023), before joining People's Economy as Wales Programme Manager. Here she works with communities experiencing economic injustice in Wales to reimagine, rebalance and transform the economy and build alternatives. She believes we can make a better future for everyone that is shaped by what matters to people and their communities and is optimistic that societal change, towards living in balance with each other and our planet, can grow from this place.
In her free time, Jess likes to be outside in wild places, spend time with her family, garden and dance.
